We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and service driven technical person to join the company as an
IT Support Engineer (1st Line), providing tech support to our clients.
Our clients are SME’s mainly based in Warrington and the Northwest region. You and the team will be accountable for ensuring that we meet the needs and expectations of our clients, providing high levels of service and customer excellence.
Ideally you would have experience of working for an MSP. supporting small businesses with 5 and 150 users. We provide staff with career progression pathways, so we would work collaboratively to upskill and train you to reach your professional goals. The role is permanent (full time) working 5 days per week between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

Cloud services admin (inc Office 365)

PC fault assessment new PC setups

Attend client sites to undertake user support/help
